Well, there are some thousand other players, who don't have that problem... don't you think that it is more likely that it is your computer that causes this odd behavior of the game? In the "Run" box, copy/paste this line %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Heroes and Generals and press Enter. In that folder, open the file player-live.log with your editor. This file contains the record of the stuff that goes on/wrong in the backend every time you start the action game. Copy/paste the log text in here. This might be your problem then Please go to your Nividia comtrol panel and make sure that your GPU is selected to calculate PhysX click to enlarge If that does not fix it .. it is most likely that something with your graphic driver installation is wrong and you need to intsall it again. As @d|ng mentioned, I have a 1070 and the game crashes a lot of times (not every time) when the countdown hits 0 at the beginning of the game. What I often do when I enter the game, if I remember, is alt+f4 out of the game if I see a countdown, and click rejoin in the client to get back in.
