    Предлагалось на форуме на всем протяжении развития игры. Сам лично предлагал лет 6 назад, и после видел такие предложения еще неоднократно. Результат можно наблюдать в игре. Вывод предлагаю сделать самостоятельно.

    Let's be honest, It should've been dead 3 years ago. And I really hope Reto has finally switched gears and working on something new. Though I'm not sure I want them to develop HnG2, really. Too much has gone wrong with the first one in my opinion. Nontheless, I wish them good luck in their efforts.

    I prefer to use it with stability ammo, sights and rof spring. And ofc the hipfire badge. Hipfire headshots all the way (at least until headshots multiplier is gone)

    PPD/PPSH indoors only, and requires helluva bullets to kill anyone. I prefer PPS hands down. Good hipfire, more range, much better than PPSH if you are into agressive attacking and prefer mobility. It's like Mp40 indeed.

  11. How AVS shows itself in streak kills comparing to STG and M2 I wonder? Also, if AVS is supposed to be an Aassault rifle with stress on assault, i.e. attacking, why is it so shirty to shoot on the move and strafe? DP-28 has almost the same mobility but 3 times more bullets.
  12. T20 actually functions very much like a car, just a tracked and slow one. While SPAAs have nothing common in their role with APCs. If you want logic, simply ask for SPAAs to have their own resource. (Not that it would happen, mind you: Reto isn't touching RTS part of the game)
  13. Because it's not an APC, silly. The only problem is that it uses APC resource to spawn (the idiocy of such design decision is so thick it's almost palpable)
  14. Reto, let's be honest. Just admit it. Armor 2.0 was good on a paper but it simply doesn't feel good. Now, now calm down, I'm not on a crusade and not asking to ROLL BACK EVERYTHING because some schmuk hurt me in my King Tiger or something like that. All I'm saying is that system is incredibly cumbersome and non-transparent for an ARCADE game that HnG is. It was intended to make tank battles more realistic, I get it. But at the same time it doesn't include tank crew in damage formula or even shell explosions that made through armor, bringing utter and complete misunderstanding and chaos in tank duels when a person tries to use logic instead of famous Reto.logic in a fight. I've read enough feedback from tank people returning to the game after a long rest and felt the same. Things are just not working in a logical way. A good game design is when I hit something and I understand if I did some damage or not. With Armor 2.0 I get a whole thread of info popping out when I hit something, but still I don't know if that was good or not, since I can do 5 more following shots and the target will still not be dead. That is way excessive in terms of info provided but incredibly blurry in terms of real impact on the target. Now I'm not a dedicated tanker, though I did my share of tanking for both US and SU in a day. So I'm not trying to support any specific standpoint, be it infantry or tankers. I just want a good clean understandable gaming experience where I have SIMPLE rules and feedback that can be grasped on the fly by using COMMON LOGIC. When I drive a civil truck, and Tiger hits me with a shell - him and me both expect me to go down in an instant explosion, not me continue driving with just my wheel destroyed. That's nonsense and you know it. Same is the usual with 2 tanks playing guessing game of cushion pins with shells-needles poking each other for 10 times trying to find where it hurts instead of a normal tanking duel. It's just absurd. Again: Armor 2.0 is NOT realistic enough to bring HnG on par with War Thunder. On the contrary, it's puzzling for a person who plays WT as it skips several key elements of realism. And at the same time Armor 2.0 is NOT simple enough for your typical arcade game with understandable rules. What I'd personally love to see is the SIMPLIFICATION of Armor 2.0: - Bring back the armor meta where armor penetration was a thing. Where you really got a sense of doing some damage if you hit. - Remove some inner components. Seriously, it's just stupid reading that I blew up someone's ammo, but that tank is still driving and shooting like normal. Just keep some functional things like tracks, gun barrel and engine, everything else simply doesn't make sense. - Remove complicated damage system from cars. Cars/bikes should just go boom when they are hit by high caliber or rockets. Make them 2-3 shot/kill for AT rifles so that it won't bring back the PTRD syndrome. Make the game EASY to understand. As it should be.

  17. I'm not the best hunter myself, but if you are using rockets, hitting tank's back hull plate after destroying 1 track to stop it from running away proved to be the most efficient for me.
  18. Sorry but your answer shows your experience with tanks. In war matches AT rambos are always present. 2-3 guys in cars, carrying bazookas or PTRS. They hunt you down like birds of prey. And yes, you can place yourself near your troops, but: 1) the maps are made the way that more often than not you can't help your team attacking the objective if you stay near your troops spawn point. So you have to move away from it. Which is - you guessed it - usually means staying solo somewhere at a flank. 2) even if you stay near your troops, in 50% situations randoms don't see anything even if your tank gets stuffed with rockets right near them, unfortunately. The level of your teammates' awareness is mediore at best. But all this is off-topic here, really. The topic itself is about armor 2.0 meta, not tankers life.

    Too little info on the circumstances. If you've played a War match, resources there (infantry, tanks, etc.) are provided by player generals. So tanks might not be sent in every battle even though enemy might have them. If you've played in Staged, it might have been that it was a 2 lane attack and enemy side (while defending) has completely captured 1 of your attacking lines - and by doing that it has cut the supply of tanks for your side.
  21. If that person gets close and knows what to do, you are kinda screwed, yes. Detrack, then smack the back, and it's done. Been on both ends of such duels, tankers never have a chance there. And since AT rambos usually hunt in packs, it's rather easy to miss one and let him get close. With heavy tanks 1 AT rambo might not destroy you completely, but will cripple you so much that you won't be able to do anything, and the second one will finish you off easily.

    Agree. 10-15 years ago I was a dire fan of headshots, but as my FPS reaction time grew (getting old, unfortunately), so did my feeling that headshots are not really necessary and fair)
