  1. Seriously, am I the only one who would prefer this? I know it's like a hallmark of newer titles at this point, but for GOOD reason (imo). It's much better from a marketing perspective given that most people tend to frown upon premium memberships at this point and it feels more fair to players since people who buy into it have to actually work for stuff like a double XP boost or weapons, cosmetics, etc. I think it also encourages you to play more since there are clear goals to work towards, and it's fun to work towards that stuff. It also opens the opportunity for Reto to do stuff like, if they want more players in a certain faction, they make one of the battlepass rewards a free soldier for that faction or a free/discounted bundle for some of that faction's supplies. Anyway, I'm sure that there are a lot of people who enjoy the current system, and this game's community specifically might feel differently than communities for other games, so I'm adding a poll just to gauge how people feel--please add any serious discussion in the comments too

    Cheap/Effective Recon Loadout?

lol. yep. I have a lot of fun on recon though. Certainly not the best way to make money, but a decent recon can counter-snipe enemy recons and slow down enemy's advance. The real problems I have are with infantry who play like recon. Both useless and uncalled for. You can control the amount of recons on a team by just not sending recon units into a battle. You can't control infantry sitting around with their thumbs up their arses doing nothing. It would be nice if Reto made recon more useful and let them have some more ways to make XP/money though. They are essentially just glorified infantry with less vehicle variety and more restrictions on playstyle. It would be nice if you could have the fun playstyle of recon while still being useful to the team and making decent money. the scope is one thing. You're also not leeching lives from the infantry pool while doing non-infantry shenanigans.

    Cheap/Effective Recon Loadout?

Basically, I am looking for a good recon loadout that is effective at getting mid to long range kills and doesn't cost too much. BA seems a bit useless because OHK is very expensive and if I wanted two-hit kill I would just use SA. So I am currently experimenting with SA builds mostly. Right now I mainly just use German scope along with 7N1 rounds, and that seems to be quite effective, but still fairly expensive. Any other recons have suggestions or feedback based on how they play? I usually just try to play about one point ahead of the point our team is on or somewhere between so I can call out what types of enemies are advancing and where, and pick off guys that are moving to our objective if I can. So, I'm not usually sniping from an extremely long distance. Maybe I should drop the rounds and just use scope? What builds have you found enjoyable? Looked around some similar loadout threads but couldn't find anything satisfactory about this specifically. Really looking at budget builds. I want to make money.

    Sensitivity resets

every time I reopen game my sensitivity is reset to .8
  5. This probably sounds extremely petty but I hate when my vet runs out and I have to find my 2nd ribbon again and whatnot. I'd prefer if it saved the ribbon in that slot but locked/disabled it until you have veteran again. It's just annoying to go thru all my characters and re-add them. The idea of having to redo my ribbons literally drives me away from playing again when the 3-day codes are handed out. Laugh at me all you want, but hell, is it so hard to have something like that?
