Update 1.20.2 is here and with it loads of Quality of Life improvements! There is a lot, so make sure to read all the way through!
After many votes, discussions and community interactions we reached a result!
Headshot multiplier has been reduced to 3.58, except for pistols and melee weapons.
We have teased the new capitals for War Mode for a while and it’s time to release them!
US Capitals are now: Istanbul and Rome.
GE Capitals are now: Leningrad and Moscow.
SU Capitals are now: London and Edinburgh
Mounted Guns on Terrain Vehicles
The soviet GAZ-67 has received it’s mounted gun! Because of this we also updated the PM1910/30 on SU Anti-Air guns.
Mounted guns are now unlocked at level 10 of Vehicle Specialist Ribbon and has to be bought/equipped.
We have worked on giving our oldest weapons new and better sounds and fixed other sound issues.
New shot sounds for the following handguns:
P08 Parabellum, Pistol C96, M1917 Revolver, M1911 and Tula Tokarev 33.
Fixed an issue where certain melee weapons could be heard over very long distances.
Also fixed the PPSh-41 being heard at full volume within 50 meter radius.
We have done several terrain fixes for Forward Airfield and Town Map. These include smoothed terrain, floating objects and more!
Model & Animation Changes
We have updated some of our weapon models and animations.
PPSh-41 model has been updated.
Added new and unique recoil animations for each weapon
MP40 and PPS-43 now has their stock unfolded(only visual change)
MG34 prone animation tweaked to prevent camera-clipping
Specialist Gamemode & Spawntime
Vehicle Spawn Timers are 10 times faster for Tank vs. Tank and Pilot vs. Pilot game modes. Additionally we have added a hint to this in the game mode description ingame.
After many community requests we decided to tweak the AI Soldiers again. They will rarely hit you if they decide to mag dump you. You should now have enough time to react and retaliate!
